Question: What currency are the prices displayed by your website?
Answer: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars by default. You can change the currency used under the "Display Options" section when comparing prices on a particular book.

Question: Do I have to buy the book if I click on the 'Buy Now' link?
Answer: Clicking on the 'Buy Now' link is not an obligation to buy, it merely transfers you to the bookstore that handles that book and you may choose to complete the checkout process there or cancel at any time.

Question: How come my book has not arrived yet? Can you check on my order status?
Answer: Book orders are handled by the respective retailer and CoolDealOnline.com has no access to your transactions with them. Please contact the website you purchased the book from for all order information.

Question: Which book stores do you search? How come I don't see many stores appearing in the search results?
Answer: If a book store has not yet updated their inventory with us, they do not currently offer the book you are searching for, or their website does not respond or otherwise malfunctions they will not appear in the search results. We search the following sites:
